We deliver internationally to most regions of the World, including Europe, North & South America, Australia and New Zealand.
Postage is free and we also pick up the tab on all import taxes, so you don't have to. Cool huh?

As all orders are hand made to order, please expect your shoes to take around 2 weeks before they ship. You will received an email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
As all orders are hand made to order, please expect your shoes to take around 3 weeks before to be delivered, sometimes a little longer depending of the efficiency of your local postal/delivery services.
CAN I SHIP TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?
You are welcome to provide an alternative shipping address, so long as your billing address matches the one registered with your payment provider.
WILL I NEED TO PAY DUTY ON MY DELIVERY?
All taxes and import duties are paid by us, so there will be no additional taxes to be paid on delivery.
Returns
OUR RETURNS POLICY
- Items can be returned to our Returns Team within 14 days of delivery.
- All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging, in order for a refund to be processed. If this is not the case, we cannot guarantee your return will be accepted.
- To obtain a refund, proof of purchase must be provided for the item you wish to return.
- Please contact us before returning any items for us to provide you with the local returns address for your country.
- Returns can take up to 10 days to be received and processed at our returns department. If you have not received your return confirmation within this timescale, please contact us no later than 10 days after the return was made, providing full information including your tracking details, to allow us to look into this further. Please note, if this information is provided to us after 10 days, we might not be able to look into this further.
- Should you be posting your item, please ensure you use a tracked service as we aren’t responsible for any items lost in transit to us.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order stating your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason.
WHERE DO I STAND WITH THE CONSUMER CONTRACT REGULATIONS?
Any customer purchasing goods online will have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel their item. Customers will also have an additional 14 days from this point to return the unworn item back to HIGHEST HEELS. When returning, please note your intention to exercise your rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations. Standard delivery costs will be refunded if HIGHEST HEELS are informed of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery, and then sent back to OFFICE within the next 14 days from this point.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM HAS A FAULT?
We’re really sorry you’ve had any problem with your item. In order for us to determine whether there is a fault or not, we will need you to take detailed photos of the item and a written descriptions of the faults which we can send to the factory for assessment. Should a fault be determined, we will provide a no cost returns label for you to return the item. This should be done with 7 days of the fault being reported.
