  • Items can be returned to our Returns Team within 14 days of delivery.
  • All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging, in order for a refund to be processed. If this is not the case, we cannot guarantee your return will be accepted.
  • To obtain a refund, proof of purchase must be provided for the item you wish to return.
  • Please contact us before returning any items for us to provide you with the local returns address for your country.
  • Returns can take up to 10 days to be received and processed at our returns department. If you have not received your return confirmation within this timescale, please contact us no later than 10 days after the return was made, providing full information including your tracking details, to allow us to look into this further. Please note, if this information is provided to us after 10 days, we might not be able to look into this further.
  • Should you be posting your item, please ensure you use a tracked service as we aren’t responsible for any items lost in transit to us.
