First, I'd like to take this opportunity to commend the outstanding customer service of the store owner, who went above and beyond in accommodating my customization request. I asked for black (faux) suede instead of standard polyurethane, and despite a delay due to manufacturing error, that's exactly what I got. Thank you, Paula! So, what is there to say about these heels? For starters, these are stilettos with a capital "S"—standing in them is quite strenuous and requires a lot of balance. The other thing to keep in mind is that the ankle strap can be a bit finicky to fasten—the buckle is small and hard to maneuver through. However, these are beautiful and well-crafted heels at a very affordable price point. If your only hang-up is quality concerns, rest assured that these heels are an easy 10/10
