Paula is great with all the communication we had. One advice girls, listen to her when she recommends one size up. I order the size what I always wear even with boots I was sure it will be fine. She recommended one size up but yea at the end I ordered mine number... It was too tight. I had an option to return it and she did it without hesitation immediately. The shoes are simply great! Tnx to Paula I will come back for more!
