Really happy with these heels. I needed them for a photoshoot quite urgently and Paula got them made up and sent straight away and keep me posted with my delivery updates every step of the way. Firstly 5 stars to Paula - excellent comms, just very easy to contact and the personal touch makes the whole process easier! The shoes omg! I needed some red soles for a photoshoot but my wide feet just can't fit into Laboutins 😓 These black SUPER high stilettos are a perfect fit - I went up to a 7 though I'm usually a 6 as suggested by Paula and yes she was right. Cannot wait to order another few pairs soon - thankyou Paula x

The shoes are manufactured in China and shipped from there, but the ratio price-quality is good. This is not the kind of shoes you wear everyday in the office…Paula, the business owner, advised to upsize and she was right. The delivery took place in a shorter timeframe as foreseen.

The customer service was great but the shoes themselves are low quality. Very unstable. The sole is really thin and the shoe itself is narrow. There is also no grip on the soul of the shoe so it slides when walking. Really sad because I was excited to wear these.
